Refund policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items purchased online MUST be returned via the online return center. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. You will need to pay for the return shipping charges.

If you'd like to return any of your items, simply submit a return inquiry to apparel@ridefox.com with your original order # and item description for a refund and create a new order for the replacements you desire.

We DO NOT have an exchange program. All exchanges will be treated as returns, and you will need to place a new order for your correct desired item(s).

Instructions on how to return items:

1. Visit the return center HERE to create a return merchandise authorization
2. Print the returns slip and the shipping label
3. Include the returns slip inside the box and affix the shipping label to the box
4. Ship your package

You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed.
